PRINZ chipper chains are mainly used to process logs. They stand out due to their extremely high cutting performance as they enable a fast feed for cut. This is made possible by the geometry of the tooth in combination with the large chip angle. Chipper chains offer better longevity because the teeth are not under punctual strain. The cut finish is rougher and not so accurate as the one reached with the scraper chains.
