PRINZ chipper chains are mainly used to process logs. They stand out due to their extremely high cutting performance as they enable a fast feed for cut. This is made possible by the geometry of the tooth in combination with the large chip angle. Chipper chains offer a better longevity because the teeth are not under punctual strain. The cut finish is rougher and not so accurate as the one reached with the scraper chains.
