Plastic Release Agents

Mold release agents for plastics, thermoplastics and rotational molding help separate the mold from the molded material, reducing imperfections in the molded surface. Formulations with and without silicone, created for applications in plastic and thermoplastic molds (ABS, PP, PEEK, etc), reduce breakages and flow lines. Allow post-printing or painting on parts. For rotational molding processes, water-based and solvent-based formulations were developed, which may require a preparation cycle prior to molding or not applied on a clean mold. They generate more cycles, faster and allow for practical cleaning of molds with water-based products.
