The special sensor built in the MT10 moisture meter makes it perfectly suitable to measure very thin wood,such as slices or veneer. The thickness of the materila can be selected in a range from 0,6 to 4,8mm.

TECHNICAL DATA

MT10 has been designed to measure the moisture content into a rotary cut or sliced veneer.
The indication given represents the average percentage of water referred to the dry weight of the material. The measurement is based on the dielectric constant of the object under examination, which is characteristic of each material and which is influenced by the presence of water molecules. This type of measurement allows a rapid assessment of the moisture content of the material without damaging it.
